Small evergreen tree of lowland forest margins. Juvenile foliage looks like the webbed feet of a duck. At 2 metres the leaves take on a different colour, size and shape. Clusters of black fruits ripen February/March attractive to birds, especially the bellbird.

PLANTING INSTRUCTIONS: Handle promptly on arrival DO NOT let the roots dry out. If potting, press the potting medium firmly around each plant. Water after potting and regularly for 10 days. especially during dry windy weather. Put under shadecloth if possible.
